Swedish Rice Pudding

Growing up, Christmastime always brought out the delicious Swedish foods. Rice pudding was always a "must have".

3 eggs- beat in casserole dish
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt
3 cups milk
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 tsp. vanilla
sprinkle with cinnamon

mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes.
